The eleventh issue of the quarterly Mitigation Newsletter provides an overview of the development of Intended Nationally Determined Contributions (INDCs). It takes a look at INDC submissions received so far and summarises insights gained from INDC related support activities within the framework of the Partnership, such as the Global Workshop on INDCs which was jointly organised by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.
